How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will email you with the courier info and tracking number. You will be able to track your shipment with that information.


What are your delivery options?

At this time we only offer standard shipping. We hope to add express shipping options in the near future.



Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items being made to order, we are unable to accept returns or allow exchanges. We are a small business and do not keep inventory in stock. Each item that is delivered has been made to order. BUT... customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us! If there is a problem with your order such as receiving wrong or damaged merchandise, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I contact your couriers?

You don't need to! We will provide tracking information via email when your order ships. If there is an issue with your order delivery, simply contact us and we will take care of it for you. 

Do you provide International delivery?

Unfortunately, we only sell and deliver within the United States. We hope to expand our delivery options in the near future! 

What is your processing timeframe?

All of our items are made to order. As a small business, we are not able to keep inventory at this time.  Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques. 

97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
